For some months now the parking meters at ASDA in Newton Abbot have been out of commission.
This a great place to park for free not only if you're shopping at ASDA but for generally doing your business around the town.
I bet this has rejuvenated businesses and is something that Torbay Council should explore with relation to their Paignton Pedestrianisation Project.
