Okehampton Castle

Not really a permanent residential castle but more a recreational fortress used by hunting parties.

Free limited parking but if full try driving a little further up the lane and park on the right. It's probably where the staff park but there was only one car in a space fit for two or three.

I liked Okehampton town centre although parking revolves around paying or getting free time from supermarkets. The castle is a bonus.
