Two cases of "wrestling" in the penalty area in the World Cup football match between England and Iran. However, the difference, for me, was that the first incident occurred just after the start of the game and the second was immediately before the end.
That shouldn't matter but consistency does.
If referees gave penalties everytime there was player inference, body checking, shirt pulling or obstruction then we'd see a lot of penalties but players would soon get the message. Don't foul in the penalty area!!!
