A Lidl Problem

Catastrophe!! Blender failed halfway through making Margaritas.

Luckily had all the paperwork from 2yrs ago and 3yr guarantee.

Took it to the shop. Can't do anything because shop guarantee is only 1yr. Directed to phone customer services. Did that and sent photos and video to them.

Lid on correctly and arrows lined up

Got a call from a lovely sounding lady from Lidls, Germany. She wanted me to check if when the lid was fix on did a plastic column come down. I confirmed it did so she concluded the motor had burnt out and I would get a new one in about 7 days.

Yep, I got it.
