Anyone Else Fed Up with Eurovision?

I am trying to avoid it but it's everywhere! Why are we so obsessed with this crazy, overproduced competition? Is it because irrespective of gender assignment people can dress as they like and have an excuse to party? I suppose that's reason enough!!!
