Waiting on the line

Today I've tried to request a repeat prescription by phone. " Sorry if you're not connected we're busy, please try online options"

Ok I will. Luckily I have the NHS App so can use it to enter the surgery's website. However, my request is not simple so of the 2000 word allocation I need quite a few to explain my request.

Will this be read and followed up and actioned by a doctor? I hope so, but now have to wait unknowing if I'll receive my medication or not. My query/request could have been resolved in two minutes if I could have talked to a human.

I'll let you know the outcome.
